Hellz Bellz Ultra - Yacolt, WA
Hellz Bellz Ultra is a trail event near Yacolt, Washington, offering multiple distances:

The courses use Bells Mountain and the Tarbell Trail with long technical climbs, stream crossings, clear cuts, waterfalls and views of Mount St. Helens. The 50 mile route includes a counterclockwise loop on the Tarbell Trail that returns to the Yacolt Burn aid station before the final descent to the Moulton Falls bridge where the finish bell is rung. Purgatory is an out-and-back marathon using Bells Mountain Trail with roughly 6,000 feet of ascent and descent.
Aid stations are spaced along the course, including a major Yacolt Burn station with full breakfast and lunch grill items, and additional stations at Grouse Vista, Tarbell, and Moulton Falls Bridge. Runners may bring one small drop bag to be transported to the Yacolt Burn aid station. Participants should be prepared to carry at least 32 ounces of personal hydration.
Packet pickup and check in are based in Yacolt Recreation Park. Tent camping is available at the park and is included with registration. Crew access is allowed at primary aid stations and pacers are permitted for the final descent from the Yacolt Burn aid station. Permits are pending with the Washington Department of Natural Resources. The event field is capped at 120. Registration fees listed for 2026 are $127, $117, and $97 for the three distances.
