Heels 4 Wheels takes place on April 11, 2026 at Desert Mountain Park on Hawes Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. Distances offered:

The event benefits the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona. Net proceeds support adaptive cycles, including bike repair, replacement, and placement.
Registration and fees
There are separate divisions for wheelchair participants (Wheels) and runner/walker participants (Heels). Early and later registration price periods are listed for each division. Children age 5 and under in a stroller do not require registration unless they should receive event swag. Virtual entries are limited to US addresses; virtual packets are scheduled to be mailed the week of April 13. Race day registration is available for additional fees.
Race details and amenities
All participants receive a custom finisher medal and a custom dri-fit shirt, with a $5 discount option for no shirt. Male and female age-group awards are given to the top three in each age group for the 5K in both Wheels and Heels divisions; age groups range from 8 & under up to 80 & over. Packet pickup is available at the Riparian Preserve (race location) on race day. The event welcomes wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, and leashed pets; roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed on the courses.
