Event overview
The Texan Foundation Heart Sync Run - Stride for health is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. Organized by the Texan Foundation, the event is an officially timed set of road races on the east side of El Paso that aims to promote health through exercise and preventive screening for heart disease. The benefit will help cover heart screening (calcium scoring) for El Pasoans who cannot afford it. Medals will be awarded to all finishers.
Distances, prizes and logistics
- 3 km - The Woman Heart's 3km; prize awards for this distance are reserved for women.
- 5 km - Challenge yourself 5km.
- 10 km - Stride for health 10km.
Prizes for top finishers are listed by distance: 10 km - $10,000 (1st), $1,500 (2nd), $1,000 (3rd); 5 km - $5,000 (1st), $1,500 (2nd), $1,000 (3rd); 3 km - $3,000 (1st), $1,000 (2nd), $500 (3rd). Random financial and non-financial prizes will be drawn by lottery from finisher BIB numbers; participants must finish and be present to be eligible. Packet pick up is at Texas Cardiovascular Institute, 1840 Joe Battle Bld., El Paso 79936, on Friday, November 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; there is no race-day packet pick up.
