Heart & Sole Half Marathon 10K 5K
The event in Jonesboro, Arkansas starts and ends at NEA Baptist Hospital and offers three USTAF certified distances. The courses include a mix of rolling hills and flat areas, are well marked, and will have volunteers along the route. Police will be present at heavily traveled intersections and will lead the half marathon course.
Distances:
- Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles
- 10K: 10 kilometers
- 5K: 5 kilometers
Half-marathon and 10K entrants must register as runners. The half marathon has a 3.5 hour time limit (about 16 minutes per mile); runners who do not maintain that pace may be removed from the course. The 5K includes separate walking and running categories; walkers must walk the entire course.
Aid stations will provide Powerade, water, and food; participants may carry their own supplies. Registration opens May 15, 2026 and closes July 7, 2026. Last day to register to receive a guaranteed medal for the half and 10K is August 14. Last day to receive a T-shirt is September 11. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests to change race categories will not be accepted after August 30. The race will take place rain or shine.
Cash prizes are offered for overall male and female top finishers in the half and 10K and must be picked up after the race. Packet pickup and lodging options are available near NEA Baptist Hospital; the featured hotel is Courtyard by Marriott with a room rate of $99 that includes fruit and granola bars.
