Fair City Triathlon : June 19, 2027
The Fair City Triathlon is a swim-bike-run event held during the Neshoba County Fair in Mississippi. The 48th edition uses Lake Tiak O'Khata in Louisville for the swim and finishes on the horse racing track at the historic Neshoba County Fairgrounds. The event was formerly known as the Heart O' Dixie Triathlon; the first edition under that name was held in 1980. It serves as an annual fundraiser for The Refuge of MS.

- Half mile swim in Lake Tiak O'Khata.
- 27 mile bike along Highway 15 into Philadelphia, MS.
- 6.5 mile run finishing on the Neshoba County Fairgrounds horse racing track.
