Event overview
Hatta Mountain Sprint Triathlons and Duathlon is scheduled for Saturday, 24 January 2026 in Hatta, in the Hajar Mountains. The event is organised by Hatta Outdoor and listed on Premier Online. Entry fees are tiered: an Early Bird rate applies until 30 September 2025 (105 AED), a Normal entry window runs from 1 October to 15 October 2025 (157 AED), and a late entry period is available up to the race start. Registration, cancellations and category changes close on 24 January 2026 or sooner if places sell out. Included with entry are a medal and official timing. Race format and distances
The event offers timed, individual start races with competitors starting every 30 seconds. Race formats are:
- Triathlon: swim - cycle - run
- Duathlon: cycle - run
Distances available:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 200 m swim, 5 km MTB, 2.5 km run
- Sprint Triathlon: 400 m swim, 10 km MTB, 5 km run
- Duathlon: 10 km MTB, 5 km run
Swims take place in Wadi Hub’s 100 m circuit pool, which is 4 m deep. Triathlon entries are restricted to proficient swimmers; non-swimmers are not permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
