Organised by Harrogate Tri Club, the event takes place in and around Harrogate with race headquarters at Ashville College, Yew Tree Lane, Harrogate HG2 9JP. Races offered:

Course and facilities
The course profile is described as undulating. The swim distance is delivered as 14 x 30 m lengths. Facilities at Race HQ include water stations, toilets, changing facilities, showers and a baggage store. There are no distance markers on course. Ample free car parking is available at Rossett Secondary School nearby. Refreshments will be available in the event village. Finishers receive a goodie bag and a medal. All entrants receive a comprehensive athlete brief before race day.
Entry, licence and prizes
Entry is limited to 380 places with remaining places noted in the organiser information. Entry fees are listed as Sprint £55.00, Super Sprint £45.00, Team Relay £75.00. Participants must hold a British Triathlon membership or purchase a single use race pass and hold a race licence. Refunds are processed minus processing and administration fees; no refunds within 30 days of race day. Self managed transfers are permitted up to 30 days before the event. Podium prizes include top three Open and Female in Sprint and Super Sprint, Sprint age group winners by listed categories, Sprint relay top three teams, plus course record and spot prizes.
