About the race
Sunday 25 April 2027 in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Harrogate Triathlon is organised by Harrogate Tri Club and held in and around the town. The event is a club-run triathlon with a permitted race licence and an entry limit of 400 competitors; at the time of this entry information there are 277 places remaining. Distances offered - Sprint: Swim 420m, Bike 25k, Run 5k - Team Relay: Swim 420m, Bike 25k, Run 5k (team of 3) - Super Sprint: Swim 420m, Bike 12.5k, Run 2.5k The course profile is described as undulating and uses standard British Triathlon distances across the relevant legs. Race HQ is at Ashville College, Yew Tree Lane, Harrogate HG2 9JP.
Facilities listed on site include water, toilets, changing facilities and showers; there is no baggage storage and no distance markers. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs. Participation requires British Triathlon membership or a single-use race pass. Entry on the day is not available.
Published entry fees are Sprint £54.00, Super Sprint £44.00 and Team Relay £74.00. Refunds and deferrals are allowed up to 28 days before race day under stated conditions; transfers via the RaceBest portal are permitted until 10 days before the race. Free car parking is available at Rossett Secondary School and refreshments are provided in the event village.
