Harrogate Triathlon 2027
Harrogate Triathlon takes place in and around the spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire on Sunday 25 April 2027. The event is organised by Harrogate Tri Club and is described as Triathlon England Large Event of the Year, sponsored by Lightwater Quarries. Race headquarters is at Ashville College, Yew Tree Lane, Harrogate HG2 9JP.
The event offers multiple race formats:
- Sprint: Swim 420m, Bike 25k, Run 5k
- Team Relay: Swim 420m, Bike 25k, Run 5k (team of 3)
- Super Sprint: Swim 420m, Bike 12.5k, Run 2.5k
Facilities listed for the event include water, toilets, changing facilities and showers. There are no distance markers and no baggage storage. Car parking is available at Rossett Secondary School. Entry is limited to 400 places; the listing shows remaining places at the time of publication.
Entry fees are shown as Sprint £54.00, Super Sprint £44.00 and Team Relay £74.00. Entry on the day is not available. Participants must hold a British Triathlon membership or purchase a single-use race pass to take part. Athlete information such as the Athlete Guide and estimated start times are issued in advance. Refunds, deferrals and transfers are possible under the event's stated time limits and conditions; the organiser may retain a small administrative fee if the event is cancelled.
