Harrogate Triathlon

Harrogate Triathlon takes place in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and is billed as the friendliest sprint triathlon in the UK. It is a British Triathlon Large Event of the Year, sponsored by Lightwater Quarries, organized by Harrogate Tri Club. It offers Sprint and Super Sprint (and Team Relay) distances: Sprint swims 420m, bikes 25km, runs 5km; Super Sprint swims 420m, bikes 12.5km, runs 2.5km.

The undulating course uses two 12km bike laps and two 2.3km runs, with a 420m pool swim. The event village provides refreshments, marshals, parking, and finishers receive a medal and goodie bag. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
