Hare Prix 10k
The event takes place in Watkins Glen on September 19, 2026. The start area is on the lawn of the Schuyler County Courts at 105 9th St and the finish is at Lucky Hare Brewing Bar & Grill, 2 Seneca Harbor Drive.

The course follows the original Grand Prix route and is entirely on roads or sidewalks. Runners use the side of the road and follow orange cones placed along the route. For the first 5.6 miles participants run with the flow of traffic. Traffic will not be stopped for runners, and participants must obey traffic signals, especially at Franklin St / NY-14; stopping and waiting may be necessary. Illegal crossing will result in disqualification and may cause serious injury or death.
There is one aid station at approximately 2.9 miles on Whites Hollow Road offering water, an electrolyte drink, and bananas. Volunteers are located along the course to assist with safety and guidance, but they cannot stop traffic.
At the finish, runners receive a finishers award; additional awards are given by age group and for overall places. Lucky Hare Brewing provides a free drink token and finish line snacks. A post-race party at the Lucky Hare Marina location is open to runners and the public, with live music and additional food and drink available for purchase. A raffle with multiple prizes is part of the event. Parking near the finish is about 0.5 miles from the start lawn. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
