Hardrock Duathlons

The Hardrock Duathlon is a challenging multisport event held in Dalbeattie Forest, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The main course covers approximately 26 miles, featuring a 14.3 km (8.9 miles) trail run followed by a 28.6 km (17.8 miles) mountain bike section on technical trails, including parts of the renowned 7stanes red routes. A shorter option offers a 6.6 km (4.1 miles) run and a 14.3 km (9 miles) MTB ride on easier blue-grade trails.

The event includes solo and team categories across various age groups, with e-bike participation allowed under UK regulations.
