Happy Father's Day 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon
The Happy Father's Day running event takes place at Woodley Park Section I and Lake Balboa in Van Nuys, California. This organized run and walk offers multiple distance options held on an out and back course that features one small hill located approximately 0.6 miles from the starting point.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5k (comprising one loop)
- 10k (comprising two loops)
- 15k (comprising three loops)
- Half Marathon (comprising three extended loops)
The course layout utilizes a marked path, and an aid station is available at every loop for the 5k, 10k, and 15k distances. The event is designed with a focus on a relaxed and personal racing experience. While there is a general time limit of 3 hours and 15 minutes, early starts can be arranged if additional time is required.
Check-in tables are located at the north end of the parking lots, south of Victory Boulevard. Registration is open to the public with individual age group and open categories. All participants receive an official time and place, which are documented on the organizer's results page.
