The event is a spring 10 km run through the historic grounds of Hampton Court Palace and along the Thames Path. The course is described as flat and scenic, on mixed surfaces with an overall elevation change of about 16 m and multi‑terrain sections.
Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned on the route to guide and support runners. The entry package includes a unique themed medal, free official race photos, chip timed results and post‑race goodies. An event village offers food and drink options and free items from partner stalls at the finish.
Ticketing is available in phases with named pricing windows: Super Early Bird entry ending 17 May 2026, Early Bird entry ending 8 November 2026, and Standard entry ending 11 April 2027. An event t shirt can be added at checkout at a reported discount of more than 30 percent through partner RT Kit.
