Hampton 5 Miler
The event takes place in Hampton, New Brunswick, and features a main measured distance of 8 km (also called the 5 miler). The course is a loop, certified using a Jones counter with certification number NB‑2022‑011‑PTB, and has been in use since 2002. The race hosts the RunNB 5 mile Championship and a provincial 5 Miles championship.
Registration options include online entry and race day registration. The regular fee is CAD 30.00 per entry; a late registration option with an additional fee is offered and is held the day before at Hampton Elementary School. There are two water stations located along the loop.
The race weekend includes youth races held at Hampton Elementary on the school trails and field. Youth distances and fees:

Youth races use cross-country style courses and have race day registration only at a fee of CAD 3.00; medals are awarded for the 1.0 km and 2.5 km events and for the top finisher in the 4 km. Awards for the 8 km include prizes for the top three male and female finishers. Proceeds support Hampton cross-country programming, Hampton High and Middle School athletics and the local theatre company. Food and drinks such as coffee, fruit, bagels, Gatorade and water will be available. For safety, strollers and dogs on leash are not permitted.
