Hampstead Heath Duathlon

The Hampstead Heath Duathlon, held in London at Parliament Hill Fields Lido, is a community event now in its 26th year. Organized by Hampstead Rugby Club in partnership with the Corporation of London and Jubilee Hall Trust, it features a unique course where participants swim approximately 1.5 km across all the ponds at Hampstead Heath and run about 4 km between them, finishing near the athletics track. The event welcomes solo competitors or teams of 3 to 5 people, maintaining a local, inclusive atmosphere with affordable entry fees.
