Halloween Howl 5K & 1K
The Halloween Howl is a canine-focused charity running event held at Little Mulberry Park, at the Fence Road entrance near Hwy. 324 in Auburn, GA. It is presented as the ninth annual Canine Pet Rescue fundraiser and is listed as a Peachtree qualifier. The organizer states that 100% of entrance fees will go toward saving, rehabilitating, housing, and placing dogs in new homes. The event includes a costume contest for kids, adults, and dogs, followed by an award ceremony.

Early packet pickup is available at the Mulberry Park Pavilion on Friday, 10/30/26 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm, and packet pickup begins on race morning at 8:15am.
Dog participation guidelines require current vaccinations including rabies, an ID tag, a leash six feet or shorter with no retractable leashes, adult supervision, and no aggressive dogs; attendees are asked to clean up after their pets.
