Frightful 5K & Monster Mile
Organized by the Siembida & Boggs Philanthropic Foundation, this is the 10th annual Halloween event held at the Greenway Trail trailhead by the PL & W Train Station in Lisbon, Ohio. The event location is 300 South Jefferson Street, Lisbon, OH 44432.
Participants use an out-and-back course on a paved section of the Greenway Trail. Packet pick-up and race day registration are located at the Park District Garage below the PL & W Train Station.
Distances offered:
- 1-Mile race, run or walk
- 5K race, run or walk
- Virtual participant option to run or walk either distance
Event features include commemorative finisher medals that match the event shirts and custom bibs for the first 200 registered participants. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes; the top three costume entries will receive prizes. Awards are given for finish places: the 1-Mile awards recognize the top three overall male and female finishers. The 5K awards recognize the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers in the listed age groups: 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and up.
