Frightful 5K and Monster Mile, East Palestine
The event is an annual Halloween run and walk organized by the Siembida & Boggs Philanthropic Foundation at East Palestine City Park, 31 Park Avenue, East Palestine, Ohio 44413. Participants follow a course through the park and adjoining residential streets. Packet pick-up and race day registration take place at the Community Building inside the park.

- 1 Mile (Monster Mile)
- 5K
- Virtual option for either distance
Entry fees and registration windows are listed for each option. Custom bibs are provided for the first 200 registered participants. Commemorative finisher medals are offered to match the themed shirts. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes; prizes are awarded to the top three in the costume contest.
Awards for the 1 Mile include the top three overall male and female finishers. 5K awards include the top three overall male and female finishers and top three males and females in these age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Up.
A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Brick Pavilion rehabilitation within East Palestine City Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
