Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Colonial Heights, VA - June 27, 2026
The event offers three distance options at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing access in Colonial Heights, Virginia, located at 265 Charles H Dimmock Pkwy. Runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Parking is available at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing, but space is limited.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon use out-and-back segments mapped for the event. Additional event features include finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume option, series points, and awards. Distances and course format:
- 5K - uses the 1.56M out-and-back once (3.11M total)
- 10K - uses the 1.56M out-and-back twice
- Half Marathon - uses the 1.64M out-and-back and repeats it four times (3.275M per lap)
