Greenwich Community 5K & Fun Mile : America’s 250th
The Bruce Museum, Greenwich United Way, and Greenwich Road Runners present a community running event on June 6, 2026, at the Bruce Museum and Bruce Park in Greenwich, CT (1 Museum Dr). The event features two distances on a scenic course near the museum, with post-run refreshments, awards, and entertainment. Race bib holders receive free access to the Bruce Museum, including the "Six Extinctions" exhibit. Net proceeds will support children's programming at the Bruce Museum and Greenwich United Way.

Registration opens February 9, 2026. The 5K registration closes April 30, 2026; the 5K registration fee is $35.00. The 1 Mile registration closes June 5, 2026; the 1 Mile registration fee is $10.00.
Awards and prizes are specified for each distance. The 5K offers age group medals for the top three male and female finishers in multiple age categories, and cash prizes are available for first through third overall. The 1 Mile fun run provides participation medals to all children.
