The Greater Purpose takes place on April 18, 2026 in Bedford, Pennsylvania at Friendship Village Campground, 348 Friendship Village Road. Practical information
Registration fees listed are $30 for the 5K and 1 mile walk and $10 for the kids fun run. Fees for the 5K and 1 mile walk increase after April 4, 2026. Registration for the kids fun run closes on April 17, 2026. There will be no day-of registration; participants must register at least 24 hours before the event.
Every registered runner receives a race bag with a reusable water bottle. Kids in the fun run receive a sweet treat. Bib pick-up and race swag are available at the barn by the main office on race day. Bathrooms are located by the main office. Snacks and drinks will be available at the finish area in the barn. Awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-49, and 50+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
