About the race
Grateful Runners Turkeys Revenge is a road trail race using the Sammamish River Trail with a start at 60 Acres Park. The course is an out and back route that uses two primary turn points: Wilmot Park (about 4 miles from the start, turnaround at the bathrooms) and Marymoor Park (about 2.55 miles from the start, turnaround at the park).
Distances offered:
- Half marathon: one sequence of the north and south out-and-back segments.
- Marathon: two sequences of the north and south out-and-back segments.
- 50K: the marathon route with an additional out-and-back extension.
The course is not closed to other users and will be lightly marked. Participants are asked to follow traffic signals and course directions or run with someone familiar with the route. Organizers will collect finish times and provide a wooden medal at the finish.
Registration is handled through Webscorer with a standard fee of $45. Registration closes two days before the event; day-of registration is available for $55 cash.
