The GOVX San Diego Half Marathon & 5K is the 15th annual running event in San Diego, held on March 22, 2026, at 100 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA. The half marathon course includes five miles of waterfront, four historic communities, three parks, two miles through downtown San Diego, and a finish in the Gaslamp District. The 5K is a flat loop course in downtown San Diego that finishes in the Gaslamp District and starts in front of the San Diego Convention Center. Virtual options are available for both distances.

The half marathon has a 3.5-hour time limit and requires an average pace of 16:02 minutes per mile or faster. The 5K has a 1-hour time limit and requires an average pace of 19:21 minutes per mile or faster. Race entry includes a technical short-sleeve shirt, a custom finisher's medal, a reusable souvenir bag, a one-day pass to the Columbia Employee Store, and access to support stations, chip timing, live tracking, and packet pickup. Finish-line amenities include canned water, a finisher food bag, and a carton of Hollandia Dairy chocolate milk. The half marathon offers a team scoring option for teams of at least ten people with at least two of each gender; team scores use the average of the top ten chip times.
