Gourdy's Pumpkin Run - Phoenix 5K
Gourdy's Pumpkin Run in Phoenix is a city 5K held on November 14, 2026 at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza, 1700 W Washington St, Phoenix, AZ. The course begins and ends at the plaza, heads east through downtown past Adams and Jefferson, and loops toward the Capitol grounds. The route is described as flat and fast and concludes with a finish-area medal photo and apple cider.
Race logistics include packet pick-up available the evening before the event and on race morning. Parking is in nearby parking garages, surface lots, and at meters; carpooling is suggested to reduce traffic. Waves separate runners, joggers, and walkers by expected pace; two waves are dedicated for walkers with Wave F for solo walkers and Wave G for walking groups. About one third of participants choose to walk.
Registration prices vary by date and currently range from $44 to $65 depending on when registration occurs. Team registration allows participants to form teams and provides a $5 savings per team member.
