Course, logistics and services

Aid stations are located at approximately miles 2.3, 4, 6.1, 8.7, 10.7 and 12.4 and will offer water and a sport drink; later stations may provide fruit. Portajohns are available at the start, finish, and alongside aid stations near miles 4.2, 6.1 and 8.7. The event uses shuttle buses between the finish area and start-area parking at Charles O. Dickerson High School; several finish-area parking lots are assigned by entrant location. A gear-check system requires runners to provide a clear plastic bag with their name; checked items must be collected by 11:30 on race day. Live runner tracking is available via the RaceJoy app. The race has a no-refund policy; entries may be rolled to 2026 if notice is provided on or before May 7. There is a 3.5-hour course cutoff.
