Oakley Goose Creek Run-off
The Oakley Goose Creek Run-off is a set of road races held at Oakley City Park in Oakley, Idaho. Proceeds benefit the Oakley Recreation District, a non-profit that maintains and manages recreational activities for the Oakley Valley.
Distances offered:
- 10K course begins up Goose Creek Road
- 5K begins halfway through the 10K course
- 1 Mile Kids' Race for children under 12 years of age
The 10K field is transported by bus up the hill on Goose Creek Road before the race start. The 5K uses a midpoint of the 10K course as its starting location. A separate kids' mile takes place on the same day for younger participants.
The event provides breakfast in the park and a deluxe Goose Creek Run-Off cotton/poly t-shirt to participants. The description of the courses and included items is presented as part of the event program at Oakley City Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
