The 10 Km course starts above the Oakley dam, with bus transport provided to that start location. The 5 Km follows a route that joins the 10 Km course partway through. A 1 mile Kids' Race is held for children under 12 years of age. Race entry includes a free breakfast in the park and a deluxe cotton/poly event t-shirt; the organizer lists approximate retail values for those items.
