GOLD'S STRONGER THAN CANCER
Gold's Gym Laredo hosts the Stronger Than Cancer fitness fest on October 17, 2026 at Gold's Gym North Central, 2446 San Isidro Pkwy, Laredo, Texas. The event program includes a running and walking event alongside fitness activities and ticketed sessions.

Parking is available free at the Gold's Gym North Central parking lot and at Wing Daddy. Packet pickup is scheduled for October 16, 2026 at Gold's Gym North, 2446 San Isidro Pkwy. Onsite registration is available at the race site on race day.
Timing for the 5K is provided by Swift Timing. Participants receive a race bib with a disposable timing chip attached during packet pickup. Awards are offered for overall and age-group finishers in the 5K; age-group awards use chip time. Age groups are 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus.
Shirts are distributed at packet pickup for registered 5K and 1-Mile participants; shirt sizes are not guaranteed and shirts are provided only to participants registered before October 1. The program also lists Zumbathon, Spinathon and Gold's Fit event tickets available at either Gold's Gym location.
Children 12 and under must have adult supervision on the course. Strollers are allowed but should start at the back. Pets are not allowed on the course; exceptions for service animals are considered case by case. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
