Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k - Lincoln
The Golden Harvest event takes place on 2026-09-20 at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Nebraska. The program offers multiple on-site race options plus a virtual entry that can be completed at any location.
Distances include:
- Kid's Dash (50 m)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Virtual Run, any distance at participant choice
- Volunteer then Run, volunteer before running any distance
Most in-person distances include a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon use chip timing with live results and awards. The Kid's Dash and the 1 Mile are described as untimed and include youth-sized shirts and a specifically crafted kid's medal. Youth pricing of $17 applies for the 5K and 10K for participants 12 and under.
The virtual entry includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping. Virtual packets are mailed and are scheduled to ship the Wednesday after the race; participants can upload times starting the event date. Volunteers who register for the "Volunteer then Run" option are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist before running.
