Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k
The event takes place at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Nebraska on September 20, 2026. It offers multiple race formats with chip timing, live results and awards, pacers for the half marathon, free photos, and finish line treats.

Many race entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The kid's dash is untimed and includes a mini bib, youth sized shirt, and a medal; children may run on race day without receiving swag if they prefer not to collect it. Virtual registrations include a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping. Virtual packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants can upload times and photos to the results and photos pages.
Volunteer then Run participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist and then may run a chosen distance. The Running Buddy half marathon requires prior application and approval. For guaranteed shirts, register by midnight on Thursday two Thursdays before race day. The 5K and 10K offer youth pricing of $17 for ages 12 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
