Go Gray in May 2026 is the sixth annual Maryland awareness walk, run and ride for traumatic brain injury and brain tumor awareness. The event takes place on May 23, 2026 in Ft. Washington, Maryland at 1771 Tucker Road, 20744.
The main participant event is a 5K walk/run. Organizers plan both short and long walk paths and intend to provide stations with water, fruit and first aid kits along the route. In the previous year the event had over 150 participants and raised $10,000 donated to the Maryland brain injury institution; the stated goal is to grow to 500 walkers, runners and riders.
Several vendor options are listed for the event. Vendor spaces for selling products require vendors to bring their own table, chairs and tents. Informational tables are available for organizations and community groups but are restricted to informational displays only; sales are not permitted at those tables. Food truck spaces are also offered.
Volunteer roles include event setup, registration and check in, guiding participants, water distribution and breakdown after the event. A small registration contribution is required for volunteers.
