Event Information
The Gloucester Half Marathon & 10k takes place on Sunday, 22 March 2026 at Gloucester Park. The event is presented by TREK, hosted by Canal & River Trust, and supports Sue Ryder.
Route Description
The course starts and finishes at Gloucester Park. It follows a route around pedestrianised city centre streets, passing Gloucester Cathedral. The course then heads out around Gloucester and Quedgeley on a closed road circuit and the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal Path.
The Half Marathon has an elevation of 70m and is run on road and gravel terrain. The 10K has an elevation of 39m and is also run on road and gravel terrain.
What's Included
Entry includes a unique themed medal, chip-timed results, post-race goodies, and free official race photos. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags, and marshals guide participants along the course.
