The Gloucester Half Marathon & 10k Presented by TREK takes place on 21 March 2027 at Gloucester Park in Gloucester. The event is hosted by Canal & River Trust and presented in support of the charity Sue Ryder. TREK is listed as a sponsor.

Both races start and finish at Gloucester Park. The route runs through pedestrianised city centre streets, passes Gloucester Cathedral, follows a closed road circuit through Gloucester and Quedgeley, and joins the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal Path. The course includes sections on closed road and gravel paths and is described as flat with an elevation gain of about 75 m for the half marathon.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post race goodies, and a bag drop. There is a three hour race cut off due to road closures. Minimum ages are 17 for the half marathon and 15 for the 10K.
Event logistics mention toilets in the event village and approximately halfway on the half marathon course, and water roughly every 5 km with additional water at the finish. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs or prams and dogs are not allowed for runners or spectators. There is no designated event parking close to the village; Gloucester train station is the nearest rail link. An optional event t shirt is available as an add on.
