Glenbarrow
Glenbarrow is a mountain running event located in County Laois, organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association. The course covers a distance of 99 km with a total climb of 999 meters. The race is part of the Southeast League and has an entry limit of 250 participants.
The event follows specific safety regulations regarding equipment. Participants are required to have Level B mandatory kit, which includes the following items:
