Get Your Rear in Gear - Houston is a fundraising run and walk presented by the Colon Cancer Coalition on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas. The event raises funds to support the Colon Cancer Coalition and offers both in person and virtual participation options.

Registration categories and fees are published for early bird and regular periods. Early bird fees through October 7 list Adult 5K at $30 and Adult 10K at $40, Youth 5K at $15 and Youth 10K at $20, Kids' Fun Run at $10, and Virtual Participant at $25. Regular fees from October 8 to event day list Adult 5K at $35 and Adult 10K at $45, Youth 5K at $20 and Youth 10K at $25, Kids' Fun Run at $15, and Virtual Participant at $25.
Packet pick up is scheduled on the days before the event at local locations including Fleet Feet in River Oaks and Talyard Brewing Co. in Sugar Land.
