Generali Genève Marathon

Generali Genève Marathon : 8 and 9 May 2027

The Generali Genève Marathon holds its 21st edition over the weekend of 8 and 9 May 2027 in and around Geneva. The event offers multiple race formats across two days and brings together runners, volunteers, partners and spectators.

Distances and formats include:

• Marathon 42.195 km starting from Chemin Frank Thomas, Cologny, with finish at Pont du Mont-Blanc.
• Marathon Relay 42.195 km for teams of 4 to 6 runners, same start and finish.
• Half-marathon 21.097 km starting from Chemin Frank Thomas and finishing at Pont du Mont-Blanc.
• Half-marathon wheelchair 21.097 km on the same course as the half-marathon.
• 10 km run along routes that pass the lake, finishing at Quai Gustave-Ador.
• 10 km walking and Nordic walking, held on the 10 km course.
• 5 km race with a lakeside finish at Quai Gustave-Ador.
• Junior races of about 1 to 3 km for children aged 3 to 13.

Course details note mixed countryside and city sections with views of Lake Geneva, the Jet d'Eau and alpine peaks. Time limits are published per race category.
