The Geithain Autumn Run is a race competition approved by the German Athletics Association, organized by Impact Geithain e. V. and supported by FSV Alemannia Geithain e.
V. The event offers various courses: the 17 km landscape run, the 7 km pleasure run, the 2.5 km chestnut run, and the 300 m toddler run. The start and finish are located in the Geithain stadium.
The courses are GPS-measured and consist of partly asphalted roads, as well as field and forest paths. The run is part of the Central Saxony Running Tour. There is no entry fee, but donations are welcome.
Participants receive certificates and medals, and there are refreshment stations as well as medical support available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
