About the race
The Energa Gdańsk Maraton is a multi-distance running event held in the city of Gdańsk. The next edition is scheduled for April 24-25, 2027. The event features several competitive categories and supporting races to accommodate different types of runners.
Participants can choose from the following distances and formats:
- Marathon: The classic individual distance.
- Marathon Relay: A team-based version of the marathon distance.
- 5 km Run: A shorter competitive race, also referred to as the "Czaniecka Piątka".
- Marathon Junior: Specific races designed for younger participants.
The event includes an Expo Zone and organized training programs such as "Brooks Be Ready," which provides training plans and nutritional advice. The marathon route is described as scenic, passing through various parts of the city. Registration for the 2027 edition opens on June 1, 2026. Different start packages and entry fees apply depending on the chosen distance, and a cancellation option is available under specific regulations.
