GBP Winter Trail Series : Feral Adventures

The GBP Winter Trail Series is a set of trail races held in Santa Fe, NM, on the third Saturday of December, January and February. Events take place on trails within the Galisteo Basin Preserve. A post-series social and celebration follows the February race.

A noncompetitive virtual option is available; virtual participants do not need to complete the course at the preserve and may complete the distance elsewhere to earn a finishers award. Entry fees are treated as donations to Commonweal Conservancy. Commonweal Conservancy protects and stewards more than 41 miles of trails and about 10,000 acres in the Galisteo Basin Preserve. The series directs 100% of profits to this organization and has raised $50,946.97 over the past six years.

The series aims to keep people active outdoors during winter months by using the preserve trail network. Race results and photos from past events are maintained as part of the series records. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
