Gates Mills Fox Trot
The Gates Mills Fox Trot is the event's second annual edition, presented in Gates Mills, Ohio, to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Gates Mills Elementary and the 200th anniversary of the Village. The course is a loop through the Chagrin River Valley that runs along the Chagrin River and passes examples of Western Reserve architecture at the start of fall.
Races offered:
- 5K (3.1 Miles), registration fee $35.00
- The 1826 - 1 Mile, registration fee $25.00
- Foxtrot Kids 50 Yard Dash, free
The event includes a kids dash and family-oriented activities. Registration fees and donations benefit the Gates Mills Parent Teacher Club (PTC). The PTC supports school and community activities for Gates Mills Elementary School, including field trips, scholarships, teacher grants, and other educational enhancements that contribute to students' and teachers' social, emotional, and academic well-being.
