The Gastro Dash 5K for Stomach Cancer is the second annual community event held on November 7, 2026 at Arizona Falls Canal, 5802 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ. It is organized as part of Stomach Cancer Awareness Month to raise awareness and funds for research and advocacy.
