Funnel Cake 5K and Cotton Candy Classic
The Funnel Cake 5K takes place in downtown Searcy as part of the Get Down Downtown Festival on September 26, at the corner of Arch and Spring streets near 101 W. Arch Ave., Searcy, AR 72143. The in-person 5K is described as a fast and flat course and will be professionally chip timed. A virtual 5K option is available for those who cannot attend in person.

Registration opens August 14. Early registration rates apply through August 31, with higher fees after that date and higher fees for race day registration. Virtual entries receive a race shirt. All registered in-person 5K participants receive a voucher for a free funnel cake, and Cotton Candy Classic participants receive a voucher for a free cotton candy. Registrations received by September 11 are guaranteed a shirt size.
