Full HYROX Simulation by H10
H10 Training presents an in person Full HYROX Simulation at BFT Canary District, 453 Cherry Street, Toronto, ON M5A 0H7. The session reproduces every run and every station used in a HYROX event so participants complete the same sequence of efforts found in competition.
The format is a three hour in person session. Participants perform all runs and stations as part of a single, continuous simulation organized by H10 Training.
