Frost Country

Frost Country is an autumn trail event in Ottawa featuring a cross country style course with grass, gravel, a section known as The Hill and a few hay bales. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026. The exact location will be announced.

The distances offered are:

Kids 2K (ages 5–16)

Registration includes a personalized race bib (names printed for participants registered before October 29), professional race timing with chip time results, and post-race snacks and beverages. Coffee and hot chocolate will be available. Parents and guardians may accompany younger participants in the 2K.

Fee information lists 6K Adult at $39.38 + HST, 6K Youth (ages 12–24) at $28.13 + HST, and Kids 2K (ages 5–16) at $16.88 + HST. Details for bib pickup and event parking are to be announced.
