Frost Country

Frost Country is a fall trail event organised by Run Ottawa, scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026. The exact location and bib pickup details are to be announced.

The course is described as a true cross-country route over grass and gravel, featuring The Hill and a few hay bales. Two distances are offered:

Kids 2K (ages 5-16)

Registration includes a personalized race bib, professional timing with chip results available, and post-race snacks and beverages. Coffee and hot chocolate will be served to warm participants. Parents and guardians are welcome to accompany younger participants in the 2K event.

Fees listed are: 6K Adult $39.38 + HST, 6K Youth (ages 12-24) $28.13 + HST, Kids 2K (ages 5-16) $16.88 + HST. Event parking is to be announced.

The event is presented with a relaxed, community-driven atmosphere focused on enjoying the season and the sport.
