Frost Country
Frost Country is a fall trail event held at Mooney’s Bay on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The course is a cross country style route that includes grass, gravel, The Hill, and a few hay bales as obstacles. The event offers both an adult distance and a shorter children’s distance suitable for ages five to sixteen. Parents and guardians may accompany younger participants in the kids event.
Registration includes a personalized race bib, a finishers ribbon, professional chip timing with results, and post-race snacks and beverages. Only participants who register before October 29 will have their names printed on their bibs. Coffee and hot chocolate will be available after the event.
Fees are listed by category and include HST: 6K Adult $39.38, 6K Youth (ages 12–24) $28.13, and Kids 2K (ages 5–16) $16.88.
Event parking options include paid parking at the Mooney’s Bay Beach parking lot at 2960 Riverside Drive and the Pirate Adventures parking lot. Free parking is available at Hog’s Back Park with limited spaces and on nearby streets.
