Practical Information
Packet pickup is scheduled at the Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism on Friday, April 17 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturday, April 18 from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM.
The entry fee for the 5K is $35. Registration by April 1 includes a free t-shirt. All 5K participants receive a finisher's medal.
For the 1-Mile Walk, fees vary. An adult walker with a t-shirt costs $25, while the fee without a shirt is $15. A child walker (ages 3–12) with a t-shirt costs $20, and without a shirt costs $10. Kids aged 2 and under can walk for free.
Prices increase by $5 per event on March 21.
Awards and Recognition
Awards are given to the top overall male and female, and to first, second, and third place in each age category. Age categories range from Under 15 to 70+.
The event includes team recognition for the top three Freeman teams with the most participants and the top three autism teams with the most funds raised. The 5K course is certified by USATF and uses chip timing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
