Course and Measurement
The Frampton 10K is an accurately measured 10-kilometer race on a flat, fast course. The route goes through the village of Frampton-on-Severn, located two miles west of M5 Junction 13.
Event Details and Rules
The event holds a UK Athletics licence (#30699). The race has a strict time limit of 90 minutes; the course closes and no finish times are issued after this period. There are no changing rooms, showers, or managed bag drop facilities available at the event. It is open to entrants aged 15 and over.
Prizes and Categories
Prizes are awarded as vouchers for Bateman Sports. Vouchers are given to the first, second, and third-placed male and female individuals (£50, £30, £20). The first, second, and third-placed teams (with 3 runners per team) also receive vouchers (£90, £60, £30). There are age categories for veteran 40 and upwards (V40, V45, V50, etc.), with the prize being a free entry to the Stroud 10K in October.
Registration
A ticket presale for Stroud & District AC members starts 24 hours before the general release. General registration opens on February 27th at 12:00. Parking will be signed on the approach to the village. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
