Foulées en Montagne Noire is an annual sports event organized by the Audoise association "Animation et Loisirs en Montagne Noire," in collaboration with local municipalities. Typically held around mid-August, the event features a main race of 23.1 km, which can be run solo or in a "Run and Bike" format. Additional activities include a competitive 10 km race called the Charcutière and a Nordic walking event, both open to participants from the Cadet category.
There are also non-competitive options, such as a tourist walk and various sports activities for children aged 3 to 14, promoting a day of leisure and sports for all. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
