Foulées de la Rosiere

The Foulées de la Rosière, taking place in Montreuil le Gast, offers a unique running experience in a rurban trail format. The event includes several formats: an individual 11 km course, an individual 5.5 km course, and a 2 x 5.5 km relay. This year, the 11 km race is part of the challenge of the 3 bell towers, which includes Montreuil le Gast, Gévezé, and La Mézière.
