Foster the Future 5K
The Foster the Future 5K is an inaugural running and walking event held in Burton, Ohio. Organized on behalf of Geauga County Job and Family Services, the event serves to raise awareness regarding the need for foster parents within the local community. The organization specifically highlights the requirement for foster families capable of supporting children of all ages, including sibling groups and teenagers.
Participants can choose between two distinct event distances:

- 1 Mile Walk

All proceeds generated from the registration fees are allocated to support the care and well-being of children currently in the custody of Geauga County.
