Fortify Play 5K
The Fortify Play 5K takes place in Auburn, Indiana, starting from 1710 North Main Street. This athletic event serves as a fundraiser to support the construction of the first public splash pad and park in DeKalb County. The project aims to provide an inclusive space for children of all abilities within the local community.
The event features two distinct distances for participants:
- 3.1 Miles (5K run)
- Fun Run (shorter route)
The 3.1-mile course is professionally timed and accommodates both runners and walkers. It is designed to be accessible for those participating competitively and those moving at a more casual pace. The Fun Run provides a shorter alternative suitable for children and first-time runners.
Registration is open to the general public, including individuals with strollers and group teams. Participants who complete their registration by April 9 receive an event t-shirt at no additional cost.
