Fort Lee Running for Our Youth 5K
Fort Lee PBA Local 245 hosts the eighth annual Fast and Flat event on June 14, 2026 in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The main course is a USATF certified 5K held on Abbott Boulevard. The event also includes a community one mile fun run and walk.

- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 mile fun run/walk
Awards are presented to first, second, and third overall male and female finishers. First responder awards are given for first place male and female only. Age group awards are organized in five year increments beginning with ages 0-9.
Packet pickup is available onsite on race day and there is an additional pickup session on Friday, June 12 at the community center located at 1355 Inwood Terrace. T shirts are guaranteed only for participants who register by June 8.
Registration opens in mid April and closes on June 14. Race day 5K entry will be $30 and will require payment by credit card; same day registration is conducted through a QR code and cash or checks are not accepted for race day registrations.
