Fly with the Flock 5K
The Fly with the Flock 5K is a community fitness event held at the Ogden Nature Center in Utah. This run serves as a fundraiser to support various nature programs at the center. The event takes place on the grounds of the nature center, located at 966 West 12th Street.
Participants can choose from the following course options:
- 5K Fun Run
- Kids Dash
The 5K is open to participants of all ages. While the event encourages walkers to join the field, awards are reserved for those competing as runners. Following the conclusion of the main race, a free Kids Dash is held for the youngest participants.
Registration for the event includes several items for participants. A post-race pancake breakfast is provided on the back lawn north of the Visitor Center. All registrants receive an event t-shirt in unisex sizing. Additionally, the first 300 individuals to register receive a pair of bird leg socks.
Packet pickup is organized at the Ogden Nature Center on the Friday preceding the event or on the morning of the run. Registration remains open until the day of the event, with price adjustments occurring at set intervals leading up to the race date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
