About the race
The Floss Fun Run is a road running event at Mitchell House School in Polokwane, South Africa. It offers three distance categories and will be limited to 1000 participants. Registration includes entry fees by distance and a temporary licence fee for the longer distances.

- 32 km
Each finisher receives a medal and a goodie bag after the race. The first 500 entries will receive a race shirt with their number at number collection. There is no timing chip and no prize money; prizes will be awarded to the first male and female in each distance. There are no age group prizes and no official prize ceremony.
Number collection and manual entry are scheduled a few days before the event at the organiser’s practice location. There are no entries on race day. Runners must display their race number on the front and any temporary licence on the back. Proof of ID may be required. The cut-off time for all runners is 10:30 and runners remaining on the road after that time will be picked up.
The route starts and finishes at Mitchell House rugby field, follows school road past Mall of the North and the R81, with turnaround points at 2.5 km, 7.5 km and 16 km. Parking is available at Mall of the North at users’ own risk. Multiple water points are provided and mobile toilets are available at the 16 km turnaround.
