About the race

The 13th Flörsheim Life Run is a running competition held in Flörsheim, offering various distances for participants of all ages. The course starts at the Main Tower, runs along the Main River, through the city garden, and ends at Gallusplatz. There are several races, including a Bambini run, a beginner and youth run, as well as a main run over 10 km.
