Five Forks Church Autumn Harvest
Five Forks Church Autumn Harvest is a community running event hosted by Five Forks Church with proceeds benefiting The Lunch Place in Waynesboro. The event is part of the Cumberland Valley Race Series.

- 1 Mile fun run for children
The 5K follows an out and back route on the Cumberland Valley Rail-Trail. The course is USATF certified, starts and finishes at the Shippensburg Township Park trail head, and runs on a smooth crushed stone surface through farmland.
Timing for the 5K is provided by Timber Hill Timing and the finish is chip timed. Awards are determined by gun time. Participants must wear a timing chip on their shoe and their bib on their chest to receive a time and be eligible for awards; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Awards for the 5K include first overall male and female, first masters male and female, and age group prizes with two places per age group from 12 and under through 70 and over. All 1 Mile finishers age 12 and under receive a ribbon.
Entry fees note a standard 5K fee of $25 and a reduced 5K fee of $10 for those 12 and under with a discount code when registered by October 23. The 1 Mile run is free for children ages 1 to 100. Online registration closes October 23 and registering by October 8 guarantees a shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
