Five Forks Church Autumn Harvest
The Five Forks Church Autumn Harvest is a community running event on October 24, 2026, hosted by Five Forks Church with proceeds benefiting The Lunch Place in Waynesboro. The event is part of the Cumberland Valley Race Series.

The 5K is a USATF certified out-and-back course on the Cumberland Valley Rail-Trail. The trail has a smooth, crushed stone surface and runs through farmland. The course starts and finishes at the Shippensburg Township Park trail head (304 Britton Rd., Shippensburg, PA).
Timing for the 5K is chip based and finish times are determined using gun time derived from the start signal and each runner's chip finish. Runners must wear the timing chip on their shoe and their bib number on their chest to receive an official time and be eligible for awards.
Awards for the 5K include first overall male and female, first masters male and female, and age-group awards with two places per listed age group. All finishers aged 12 and under in the 1 Mile receive a ribbon.
Entry details: the standard 5K fee is $25; a reduced 5K fee of $10 is available for ages 12 and under with a discount code and registration by October 23. The 1 Mile fun run is free for participants aged 1 to 100. Online registration closes October 23; registering by October 8 guarantees a t-shirt.
