The Five Forks Church Autumn Harvest features a 5K race and a 1 Mile kids run to raise funds for The Lunch Place in Waynesboro. The event is part of the Cumberland Valley Race Series and is hosted by Five Forks Church.

The 5K is an out-and-back rail trail course that starts and finishes at the Shippensburg Township Park trail head of the Cumberland Valley Rail-Trail. The trail has a smooth, crushed stone surface and runs through farmland.
Timing for the 5K is provided by Timber Hill Timing and the finish is chip timed. All participants start together and awards are determined by gun time. Runners must wear a timing chip on their shoe and a bib on their chest to receive a time and be eligible for awards; failure to do so may result in disqualification. Results are verified before posting and may be delayed.
Entry fees and registration details are set before the event. The listed fee for the 5K is $25, with a reduced $10 price for ages 12 and under using the discount code 12andUnder if registered by October 23. The 1 Mile is free for kids from 1 to 100. Register by October 8 to guarantee a t-shirt.
