Event overview
Fire Fest Ultra is a trail running weekend in Logandale, Nevada (Logandale Trails), held in Valley of Fire State Park. The course runs on backcountry trails and passes sandstone formations and petroglyphs. The main loop is listed as approximately 16.71 miles and the route will be heavily marked. The venue is about one hour (61 miles) north of Las Vegas. Camping is available along the course roads; there are no RV hookups.

Cut-off times published for events include 24-hour for the 24-hour event, 35 hours for 100M/100K events, 25 hours for the 50M, 15 hours for Saturday 50K and 12 hours for Sunday 50K. Roadside parking and overflow parking are noted; Valley of Fire State Park charges $10 per car (in-state) or $15 per car (out-of-state) per day. Aid stations will supply water, electrolyte drink, GU, salty snacks, food, fruits and first aid; ultrarunners will be offered hot food. The race is cupless, so participants must bring their own bottle. Packet pickup is at the staging area before the race. Volunteers receive race credit per hour.
